From mangos

I was wondering if it could be of any use to add the possibility to specify system specific VARS to be added to the "configure2 line, like i did for CFLAGS, CHOST CXXFLAGS and MAKEOPTS.

Honestly, I have no idea where to get git. I only have yum and I can't seem to find git. I've tried yum install git and yum install git-core but nada. It's not even on the list of available packages. Will anybody help me, please?
