Use classic wiki headers here, links, code blocks with <pre> tag and inline code with <code>. If you want to disable the Table of Contents, take a look at the main page source, it's on the first line there. For some basics, see help on wikitext or just google around.

Don't forget to put

somewhere (put it on top --freghar) to categorize your page, ie. on the first line.

I guess that's all. Initial ideas don't need to have 20 paragraphs, a short explanation is enough. Someone else can extend the idea a bit ... and guess what happens.
